Meet Diane Hagerty

Diane has helped hundreds of clients solve their tax and small-business issues in a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere, without judgment. Everyone makes mistakes, and the laws are constantly changing. Taxes and small businesses are difficult and confusing.  Diane is here to help.

Diane holds a BSBA in accounting and management and is licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. This is the highest credential awarded by the IRS, allowing her to represent taxpayers in all tax issues. Diane also attends a minimum of 24 hours of school each year to keep up with the ever-changing laws.

Grass Roots Taxes grew from Diane learning “the system” of taxes by running several small businesses over the years, then, in 2001, moving on to help other companies with her experience. The first office near the Fayetteville Square opened in 2010. We moved to the current location in Springdale in August 2022.
